Art Therapy

We are so fortunate to offer Art Therapy at McCormick Home. This specialized service is 100% funded by donations through McCormick Care Foundation. Using imagery, colour and shape as part of this creative therapeutic process, thoughts and feelings can be expressed that would otherwise be difficult to articulate.

Art Therapy at McCormick Home includes group programs and valuable one-to-one time to allow the resident to develop their skills and their sense of beauty/inclusion in the world around them. Art Therapy has become an essential activity and provides participants meaning and purpose.
